About the Role
We're looking for a
proactive and reliable Personal & Executive Assistant
to support Blueshift's Director across both business and executive matters. This role is varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and helping things run efficiently behind the scenes.
Your work will span a mix of
business administration and personal support
, from managing email, diaries, travel arrangements, and preparing documents, to helping interface with household and family logistics.
About Blueshift
Blueshift is a small, purpose-driven consultancy working across Australia's blue economy. The team values professionalism, trust, and flexibility, and this role will suit someone who's organised, dependable, and enjoys supporting a dynamic business.
You'll work primarily from home, with one regular day (or two half days) in the office each week for in-person coordination, document organisation, and team connection. We are family friendly and are happy to structure hours around care arrangements, school pickups, and holidays.
Our office is in vibrant Subiaco, close to the station and other public transport, Coles & Woolworths, and the broader shopping precinct, with plenty of nearby parking (paid and some free).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional administrative support including inbox and diary management, scheduling, invoicing and document preparation
* Coordinate travel, appointments, and events across work and personal commitments
* Organise and maintain physical files and records, and assist with general office organisation when onsite
* Assist with family and household organisation (e.g. bookings, managing the family calendar, errands)
* Support project coordination, document formatting, and light reporting tasks
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
About You:
* At least 2 years' experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or coordination role
* Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Proficient using Microsoft 365 Office (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint) and other online systems
* Professional, approachable, and dependable
* Based in Perth, with flexibility to work remotely and attend the office weekly on a regular basis.
