Batchelor Construction Group is on the hunt for a Senior Site Supervisor who knows how to take the lead and deliver. We want someone who leads by example, keeps teams safe, builds strong relationships, and delivers quality outcomes on every project.
This role isn't just about being present on-site—it's about being hands-on, solutions-focused, and respected by your crew. You'll have an eye for detail, while keeping sight of the bigger picture: balancing delivery, safety, quality, and productivity.
If you've spent the last decade in civil construction—particularly in pipelines, sewer rising mains, excavation, and infrastructure works—this could be your next challenge.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and supporting site crews and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes
* Overseeing civil construction delivery across multiple projects
* Managing site resources, productivity, and day-to-day operations
* Leading quality and safety performance every day
* Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful outcomes
* Collaborating with the site team to develop accurate forecasts and schedules for upcoming works
What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years of civil construction experience, with a focus on team leadership
* Proven experience in sewer rising mains, pipelines, or similar infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of WHS, Environmental, and Quality systems
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and ITPs
* A clear communicator who leads with respect and collaboration
* Someone who can balance on-the-ground leadership with strategic site management
