Are you an organised multitasker who thrives on keeping programs running smoothly with a keen eye for detail?
We're looking for a National Training Coordinator / Administrator to take ownership of our aesthetic training programs, ensuring every session, from injectable workshops to advanced education, runs seamlessly.
About the Role
You'll be the central hub for our national training activities, coordinating customer programs, contractor training, and internal product learning.
Working closely with the Medical Director, Sales, and Training teams, you'll design schedules, drive participation, manage logistics, and help ensure each training session delivers an exceptional experience.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
You'll need to think ahead, juggle competing priorities, and take pride in being the one who makes it all happen.
This role is a part-time role, ideally with the hours spread over 5 days.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and book all training programs (customer and internal), ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
Develop and maintain the national training calendar in collaboration with the Medical Director and Sales leadership.
Support the development and rollout of product knowledge plans, e-learning modules, and self-assessment tools for the sales team.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of new contract trainers.
Manage training stock, ensuring timely delivery to training locations and return of unused items.
Monitor training platform registrations, track participation and completion rates, and generate training reports.
Support marketing and communication activities to promote training participation.
Provide exceptional administrative and project management support to ensure training programs deliver measurable impact.
About You
You're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a knack for logistics, planning, and communication, and you love seeing your efforts translate into smooth, successful events and happy participants.
You'll Bring
Strong organisational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Solid analytical and project management capabilities.
Previous experience in training coordination, administration, or medical aesthetics.
A collaborative mindset and passion for learning.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and learning management platforms.
