Altair Motel is one of the most popularmotel in snowy mountain area NSW. The business is always positive with kind guests. We have 19 rooms and no food and drinking service. We are looking for an experiencedmanager who can manage the motel with us and boost the business to a higher level.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the front desk, reservation, housekeeping and maintenance for the entire motel;
Manage motel staff including rostering, recruiting and training, whilst controlling wage costs;
Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure a high level of on-site customer service and satisfaction;
Review customer feedback and propose continual improvement actions to boost customer satisfaction;
Maintain and improve healthy relationship with the current corporate and government clients in NSW and other states of Australia;
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to live on site and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
At least one years full time relevant experience
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Knowledge of reservations software (RMS) & MS office
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
