Facilities Manager who knows how to keep a multi‑tenanted industrial estate running smoothly. Someone hands‑on, operational, and customer‑focused — the steady captain of the ship who makes everything work behind the scenes.
What you'll do
Own the day‑to‑day operation and presentation of our industrial assets — keeping them safe, compliant and running efficiently.
Manage service contracts, maintenance programs, and supplier relationships to ensure consistent delivery.
Lead capital improvement works, tenancy delivery, and small projects across the estate.
Build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Drive WHS and compliance across essential safety measures, contractor management, and more.
Contribute to budgets, performance reporting and continuous improvement.
Support sustainability initiatives across waste, energy and water.
About You
You thrive in an operational environment where no two days are the same. You enjoy solving problems, working with customers and contractors, and being the go‑to person who keeps the assets running smoothly. You bring both technical capability and strong people skills.
Experience & Skills That Count
Experience in Facilities Management or Facilities Coordination.
Proven strength in customer service and tenant relationship management.
Experience with budgets, purchase orders and contract administration.
Understanding of maintenance planning and operational risk.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
