About the position: Our client is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their established team in a full-time capacity. You will be working closely with a highly experienced Partner, providing end-to-end legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters. This role is particularly suited to lawyers with a strong interest or background in leasing – both commercial and retail – as you’ll play a key role managing files from initial instructions through to settlement and beyond. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and contracts Advising clients on property development and structuring Handling commercial and residential conveyancing matters Providing strategic legal guidance to business clients You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team that values open communication and mentorship.
