Job Overview:
BagTrans is a national transport service provider offering transport services to a high-profile FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Food manufacturing customer base.
This role involves supporting, strengthening and developing relationships with our B2B customers to define and enhance business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining professional customer relationship with proactive account management of existing customers
* Promoting the company's services to existing customers
* Acting as the management interface between the respective customer and operational management personnel
* Dealing with escalated operational issues
* Developing, presenting and securing annual rise and fall rate reviews with each customer
Key Requirements:
We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, and experienced Account Manager to maintain and grow our existing client base in a customer-first and growth third-party transport environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in NSW
* Exceptional written, verbal and analytical skills
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
* Negotiation skills
* Knowledge of Office 365
* A CRM-focused approach
* A positive 'One-Team' attitude
