Exciting opportunity for a Clinical Care Coordinator to come on board for a Residential Aged Care facility in the Bundaberg region. You will be the 3rd in charge supporting the Clinical Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing a single level site and have the care team reporting into you.
* This a large home with over 100 beds in the Bundaberg region.
* Structure of the team will be Facility Manager > Care Manager > CCC > Care Team.
* Opportunity to work with a growing private provider.
* As the 3rd in charge, you will support the Clinical Manager and lead the care team, playing a key role in maintaining and improving compliance and resident care outcomes.

To Be Successful
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
* Minimum 2 years' senior experience in aged care or similar leadership role.
* A great attitude and clear communication skills.
* Passionate for helping the future of Aged Care.
