Position: Part-time / Contract Mobile Paediatric Physiotherapist Description As a Mobile Paediatric Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to children and their families in home and community settings across Brisbane. This is a contract/part-time opportunity (1–2 days per week) with potential to increase hours or transition into a full-time role, offering excellent flexibility to support work–life balance. What you’ll be doing Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s physical, functional, and developmental needs Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on each child’s individual goals Deliver hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, motor skill development, and assistive device recommendations Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation to support continuity of care Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in paediatric physiotherapy Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physiotherapy Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paediatric physiotherapy, ideally within home or community settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to adapt treatment plans to individual needs Proficiency with mobile technology and electronic record systems Experience with assistive technology and report writing for third-party providers (e.g., NDIS) Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
