**As the Garden Maintenance Supervisor**, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workload of 1-2 direct reports, while maintaining an established, consistent list of clients and gardens.

**About You**: We are seeking a reliable, punctual individual with a can-do attitude, taking pride in their work. Additionally:
- **Qualifications**: Hold a Certificate III in Horticulture, Certificate III in Parks & Gardens, or higher.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrate leadership skills among fellow colleagues.
- **Experience**: Possess a minimum of three years of garden maintenance experience, with a focus on residential gardens.
- **Knowledge**: Showcase a strong understanding of plants, pests, diseases, and pruning techniques.
- **Irrigation Knowledge**: Have basic irrigation repair knowledge.
- **License**: Hold a valid driver's license.
