Job Overview:

As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of building trades services to ensure the ongoing performance, integrity, and availability of Defence facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Coordinate first response and provide on-site leadership during Estate Upkeep outages affecting asset availability.
* Implement and manage the Permit to Work System, including site audits and safety documentation reviews.
* Participate in subcontractor and project quality control, ensuring scope accuracy and value for money.
* Facilitate site access for subcontractors, including inductions, provision of drawings/maps, and escorting as required.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client and customer representatives.
* Ensure accurate and timely entry of work-related information into relevant systems.

Requirements:
">
You will need:
">
* Trade or tertiary qualifications, or relevant experience in one or more of the following: Carpentry, Electrical, Building, Plumbing, or General Maintenance.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining positive client relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to computerised systems.
* Experience with Permit to Work systems; qualifications in a high-risk work discipline are highly regarded.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence required.

Eligibility:
