This project is a unique opportunity to help shape Australia's renewable energy future. Working on a 14/7 FIFO roster, you will be part of a small, high-performing team delivering complex, self-perform works in a remote but rewarding project environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in FRP delivery across large civil or infrastructure projects and possess strong leadership skills. They should also be able to thrive in a remote FIFO environment with occasional night shift rotation.
About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute self-perform FRP works across large concrete structures including tunnels and bridges.
* Prepare and manage work packs, construction lots, and temporary works aligned with project requirements.
* Supervise and support Site Engineers, ensuring safe, productive, and high-quality site delivery.
* Track construction progress, material usage, and support cost and schedule control.
* Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to drive practical, buildable solutions onsite.
About You
* A recognised degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* A White Card and a valid Australian driver's licence.
* Experience with concrete structures, including formwork, reinforcement, and pour activities is essential.
* Strong understanding of temporary works, construction staging, and self-perform delivery.
* Ability to lead from the front and bring energy, precision, and accountability to everything you do.
