**Key Responsibilities**:
- Load and unload goods from rail rolling stock using correct handling methods and following procedural processes in a safe and productive manner.
- Ensure customer (internal and external) service time frames and service levels are being met.
- Perform routine pre
- start inspections on Reach Stacker and equipment and refer any defects or needed repairs to the Depot Supervisor.
- Operate all equipment and machinery within the approved speed limits and safe operating procedures.
- Complete all documentation accurately as directed.
- Recognised National units of competence that align to this position.
- Proven work history as a Terminal Operator and Shunter
- Flexible to work over a 24/7 roster.
- Current LF forklift ticket.
- Certificate II in Shunting.
- Current 'CN' Reach Stacker License, with proven operational experience.
- Current Slewing Mobile Crane Licence - CO, C1, C2 or C6.
- Possess a current Class MR motor vehicle driver’s licence with no restrictions.
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment recruitment testing, inclusive of CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessments plus any site-specific tests/inductions.
- Have a high commitment to your own safety and the health and safety of others.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in close communication with Depot Management and Operations Staff.
