Lennox Facades is a leading provider of turnkey architectural façade solutions across Southeast Queensland, delivering high-quality commercial projects with a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship and teamwork.
Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we're looking for experienced Leading Hands, Carpenters and Trade Assistants to join our Sunshine Coast team immediately. We're specifically seeking people with experience in framing, façade support systems, cladding installation and commercial construction who are ready to be part of a growing and supportive team environment.
From aluminium cladding and non-combustible façade systems to battens, decorative screens, awnings and structural framing systems — our projects are diverse, hands-on and rewarding. About the Role
Working across commercial construction projects on the Sunshine Coast, you'll be involved in a wide variety of façade and framing works, including:
* Structural framing and façade support systems
* Installation of architectural cladding systems
* Battens, screens, awnings and feature façade elements
* Reading and interpreting plans and set-outs
* Working safely and efficiently within a team environment
* Delivering high-quality finishes and attention to detail
* Coordinating works with supervisors, subcontractors and site teams
Our Leading Hands will also work closely with Site Managers to oversee daily site activities, coordinate crews, maintain productivity and quality standards, and provide leadership and support to their teams while remaining hands-on on the tools.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in commercial construction, framing, cladding or façade installation
* Certificate III in Carpentry (preferred for Carpenter and Leading Hand roles)
* Strong understanding of framing and structural support systems
* Ability to read plans and work accurately from drawings
* Confidence using hand and power tools
* Strong workplace health and safety knowledge
* Reliable, motivated and team-focused attitude
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Leadership experience highly regarded for Leading Hand positions
