Student Engagement Specialist Role
This exciting opportunity enables you to contribute to enhancing student experience within the Faculty of Business and Economics. You will support the delivery of timely, consistent, and engaging communications to students.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and student representatives to develop and coordinate content across multiple channels. This ensures students remain informed and connected throughout their academic journey.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and coordinate engaging student communications across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with academic and professional staff, University stakeholders, and student representatives to deliver cohesive messaging and support continuous improvement of student engagement initiatives.
* Manage communication workflows using digital tools, analyse performance data, and provide insights to refine campaigns and enhance their impact.
* Support the planning and delivery of student-facing programs and events, contributing to content co-design and providing logistical assistance as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent combination of relevant training and experience in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrate experience in developing and delivering communications across multiple platforms, including web, email, social media, and print.
* Show proficiency in utilising digital communication tools such as email marketing platforms, website content management systems, and social media scheduling software.
* Possess strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and extract insights that inform and enhance communication strategies.
