Marketing and Communications Business Partner
Salary Range: $121,496 - $136,746 (pending experience) + Superannuation
Support schools with high-quality marketing and communications that drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with schools, system leaders and the Catholic Diocese of Townsville to deliver impactful marketing and communications initiatives.
* Partner directly with Principals and key stakeholders to understand their unique context and deliver tailored, high‐quality campaigns.
* Lead planning and execution of multi‐channel marketing campaigns, bringing ideas to life through content, design, digital and media.
* Develop school‐level strategies, manage campaigns and projects end‐to‐end, ensuring every initiative is aligned, on‐brand and delivers real results.
* Build strong relationships with schools, suppliers and media, acting as a trusted advisor and go‐to for marketing expertise.
* Support building capability across schools by sharing knowledge and supporting school‐based staff.
Qualifications:
* Experience in marketing and communications within a complex environment.
* Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and content development skills.
* Ability to balance creativity with strategy, manage competing priorities and deliver high‐quality outcomes.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.
