PERSOL is recruiting on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Western Sydney. The business produces a range of wet & dry pharmaceutical products and is known for its high‐quality standards and innovative approach to product development.
What You'll Do
You will support the NPD process by:
* Tracking progress of new product projects and updating project timelines
* Helping coordinate meetings with R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams
* Assisting with documentation such as batch records, SOPs, and compliance paperwork
* Supporting trial runs and pilot batches, including recording observations and results
* Liaising with suppliers for ingredient specifications, technical data, and certificates
* Providing updates to internal teams and, where appropriate, clients
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Pharmaceutical Science, Nutrition, or similar
* 2+ years experience in Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic/Food Manufacturing
* Industry experience of the full cycle of product formulation of at least two of the following: Tablets/Capsules/Powders/Gummies/Gels/Creams
* Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements is essential
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Clear and confident communication skills with internal teams and suppliers
* Drivers licence necessary
* PR or Citizen only
