Job Title: Administration Officer - Early Childhood Specialist




Job Description


This role is designed for a dedicated and skilled administration professional to support the early childhood team in their daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive work environment.




Key Responsibilities:



* Provide administrative support to the early childhood team, including scheduling meetings, data collection, and reporting

* Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and documents as required

* Contribute to a workplace environment that supports teamwork and quality services for clients

* Develop and implement operational workflow processes to improve efficiency

* Process invoices and credit-card reconciliation

* Prepare detailed reports using computer software





Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will require:



* A minimum of 3 years experience working efficiently in a complex and fast-paced environment

* Proven initiative, confidence, and ability to support other admin staff

* Experience in developing and implementing operational workflow processes

* Exceptional computer skills with experience in gathering data and preparing reports

* Highly regarded experience and qualifications in office/business administration or related field
