About the Role
Based in Sydney, this role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who understands the New South Wales marketand knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business.
We're looking for someone who is confident building relationships, comfortable working autonomously, and motivated by driving growth. You'll bring a strong understanding of how businesses operate in your region, and the ability to identify where value can be created for customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic customer partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions across our end-to-end freight offering.
You'll work closely with our operational and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery — giving you the support needed to build trust, deliver on commitments, and grow your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across logistics and freight services
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Develop tailored logistics and freight solutions aligned to customer needs
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and growth
* Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to deliver on commitments
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities
About You
* 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management
* Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
* Demonstrated success in winning and growing customer accounts
* Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, competitive market
* Experience in transport, freight, logistics, or supply chain (highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
