About the opportunity
The General Manager, Corporate Services is a critical member of Luma’s Executive Team, providing strategic leadership across finance, governance, risk, infrastructure, digital systems, and corporate operations.
Reporting to the CEO, this role ensures that Luma’s corporate functions operate as a strategic business partner, actively enabling clinical excellence, organisational sustainability, and future growth in alignment with Luma’s mission and values.
Key responsibilities
* Provide leadership as a member of the Executive Team, ensuring Corporate Services operates as a trusted business partner that enables clinical excellence, organisational performance, and delivery of Luma’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
* Lead enterprise‑wide financial management, including project planning, budgeting, statutory reporting, and internal controls, while strengthening financial sustainability through diversification of income and commercial decision‑making.
* Ensure robust governance, risk management, contract oversight, and regulatory compliance frameworks are in place, maintaining organisational resilience and meeting all funding, legislative, accreditation, and audit requirements.
* Oversee corporate infrastructure, safety, digital systems, and quality improvement initiatives to deliver safe, efficient, and future‑ready operations that support high‑quality care and organisational growth.
About you
You are a senior corporate leader with a strong track record in complex, regulated environments, ideally within health, community, or not‑for‑profit sectors. You combine commercial acumen with a values‑driven leadership style and are motivated by the opportunity to improve outcomes for women and communities.
Selection Criteria
* Proven executive or senior leadership experience managing a Corporate Services portfolio.
* Demonstrated capability in finance, governance, risk management, internal controls, quality frameworks, and business continuity planning.
* Strong experience in contract management and regulatory compliance, including funding agreements and OSH legislation.
* Proven ability to lead business and project planning, including development of high‑level business cases and feasibility assessments.
* Sound understanding of the WA community and/or health sector and the NFP operating environment.
