Regional ACES Manager Job Description
Amazon Australia is seeking an experienced professional to drive process stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement for the Australian Customer Fulfillment Network.
This role is essential to establish best in class network performance across all Inbound process paths, accelerate implementation of technological advancements and to strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for operational leaders across the Fulfillment Centre (FC) network.
The successful candidate will act as a consolidatory Inbound subject matter expert (SME) for the Australian network, providing consultation and driving improvement in the Inbound space across all FC's in Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Execute network level Inbound improvement initiatives with a cost focus, working closely with ACES and Operational teams.
* Develop and implement targeted standardisation initiatives across the Australian network.
* Support ACES with process improvement projects to deploy across the Australian network.
This role involves close collaboration with various departmental teams, including launch teams, operations engineering and reliability and maintenance (RME), Vendor, FBA, Safety and IT teams.
Key Qualifications:
* SME level Inbound FC experience.
* Degree from an accredited institution.
* Experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics.
* Project Portfolio Management experience.
* Cost variation/Cost saving experience within a similar industry.
