What you'll do
As a Workforce Scheduler, you'll play a key role in planning, preparing, and managing rosters that ensure clients receive high-quality, consistent care.
* Develop and maintain efficient, compliant rosters that align staff availability with client needs and funding agreements.
* Work collaboratively with Service Delivery Leads, Regional Managers, and program teams to ensure workforce coverage across multiple programs.
* Support a seamless client experience by delivering timely, professional, and client-focused scheduling support.
* Respond to real-time scheduling issues, coordinate shift changes, and minimise service disruption.
* Maintain accurate data in workforce management systems and ensure compliance with relevant awards, policies, and procedures.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
What you'll bring
You're a natural organiser and communicator, with strong problem‐solving skills and a focus on delivering great outcomes for both clients and staff.
* Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Health, Community Services, or a related field (essential).
* Experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, or resource allocation, including the use of Carelink ideally in aged care, disability, or healthcare.
* Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of industrial awards and relevant compliance frameworks.
* A commitment to safe work practices and a client‐first approach.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required).
