Marrow Meats, a premium meat wholesaler based on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced portion cutter to join our growing team. The advertised role is currently 25-30 hours per week, with the opportunity to become a full time team member in the coming months as the business grows.
We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, diligent and takes pride in their work. Whilst formal qualification in butchering is not essential, experience in portion cutting a variety of cuts (Beef, Lamb, Pork) and value-add services (making mince, sausages, chicken) is required. You will be helping us prepare for some of the finest restaurants in South East Queensland.
Working hours for this role are very flexible and there is no weekend work required! Suitable for a semi-retired butcher, someone looking for better work-life balance or someone with responsibilities at home.
