Reliable Fleet Operations Specialist

You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet. Based at our facility, you will work closely with various teams to provide support to the fleet.

Your key responsibilities will include:
\

1. Supporting initiatives to improve fleet reliability and design enhancements
\
2. Delivering maintenance optimisation and overhaul projects under A&M Services contract
\
3. Conducting risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses for engineering solutions
\
4. Supporting FRACAS investigations and Product Safety Reviews
\
5. Driving technology adoption to enhance engineering and performance outcomes
\
6. Assisting with depot asset and equipment management
\
\

We are looking for a proactive and positive individual with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships with Trade and Operational staff.
\
Our ideal candidate has experience within a similar role, ideally operations or maintenance engineering, and tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering.
