* The Therapy Coordinator is responsible for supervising the rehabilitation department to meet resident needs, company requirements, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assign patient scheduling and other responsibilities to staff as needed.

2. Communicate effectively with administration regarding department programs, goals, objectives, risks, and successes.
">
3. Participate in utilization review, quality assurance, resident care conferences, admission meetings, department head meetings, community education planning, and/or rehabilitation conferences.
">
4. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of MDS information.
">
5. Ensure timely and accurate billing of services provided and completion of required documentation.
">

Requirements:
">
The ideal candidate will have a degree in therapy from an accredited school or equivalent experience, along with valid state licensure. They must also be proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation skills.
