Our client is an industry leader within their sector providing a range of services both locally and internationally. With over 1,300 staff and a large HR/Shared Services team, they are now seeking to hire an ambitious, proactive human resource/recruitment administrator to assist their team. This role will encompass a variety of duties, be customer facing and provide an excellent opportunity for growth within a large, dynamic team.
**Duties Include**:
- Assisting with drafting of contracts and terms and conditions of employment contracts, interpreting payrates and awards.
- Supporting bulk recruitment campaigns including international, vacation students, cadets, graduates and seasonal worker campaigns;
- Growing and maintaining positive relationships with our leaders and becoming knowledgeable about our business operations;
- Opportunity to be involved in interesting forward-thinking Recruitment initiatives and projects.
**About You**:
- Have proven success in a similar administrative role, with a real passion for Recruitment and desire to learn. (No prior recruitment administration experience required)
- High-energy and results orientated, with a positive approach to work.
- The ability to effectively prioritise and work toward deadlines, whilst retaining high levels of attention to detail.
- Have a strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of and experience working with confidentiality.
