Job Overview
This role is part of our road profiling team, working on critical infrastructure projects across South Australia.
* Operate Skid-Steers for road profiling and clean-up tasks.
* Support essential road maintenance projects.
* Perform general labouring duties such as shovelling, sweeping, spotting machinery, and site clean-up.
* Work outdoors in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
* Learn from and grow alongside experienced operators and supervisors.
Requirements
We value dedication and a willingness to learn.
* At least 1-2 years of experience operating Skid Steers/Bobcat.
* A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
* A current HR Truck Licence or commitment to obtain one within six months.
* Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
* Physical fitness and comfort working in various outdoor conditions.
* Bonus points if you have prior experience with road profiling machinery like 1m & 2m Wirtgen profilers.
