Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our food production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in our kitchen, supervising other kitchen staff and addressing operational issues. Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement menus and recipes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production.
* Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and optimize resources.
* Implement and maintain strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food production environment.
* Trade-qualified Chef with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* Advanced knowledge of HACCP / QSAI / Food Safety and OHS.
* Prior experience working in a team environment with demonstrated leadership skills.
* Prior experience in a HALAL working environment and knowledge regarding segregation and separation of equipment.
