The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our teams across Queensland and Northern NSW. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role will focus on:
- Delivering regional sales and gross margin targets
- Building and coaching high-performing sales teams
- Expanding market share with builders, developers, and contractors
- Driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Collaborating with suppliers (Samsung, Midea, MHI) on promotions and initiatives
- Overseeing design and estimating processes and ensuring CRM (HubSpot) and quoting systems (Polyplan) are used effectively
About You:
You’re a proven sales leader with solid commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results. You’ll bring:
- Experience in wholesale, trade, or HVAC sales leadership
- A track record of growing revenue and margin
- Strong people leadership and customer relationship skills
- A hands-on approach with excellent organisational and analytical skills
