**Mechanical Trainee Position**
* Gaining hands-on experience and technical knowledge in mechanical systems, safety protocols and industry standards.
* Supporting the installation, maintenance and repair of pumps, compressors, engines and other mechanical equipment.
* Learning and adhering to established safety procedures and mechanical guidelines, assisting with routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
* Interpreting technical drawings, specifications and manuals with supervision, maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.
* Pursuing classroom-based training as part of the apprenticeship program.
**Essential Skills:**
* Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent qualification).
* Commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning.
* Current driver's license (preferred).
* Able to work at heights, in confined spaces and areas with high dust concentrations.
* Previous experience in a mechanical or workshop setting, or completion of a pre-apprenticeship.
* Basic understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting techniques.
