**About the role**:
As a motivated Territory Manager for Lincoln Sentry (part of DuluxGroup), you will take charge of developing, maintaining and growing meaningful partnerships with emerging and established customers within the Cabinet Hardware industry across the ACT and surrounding regions.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting and servicing customers from, but not limited to, cabinet makers, joinery shops, furniture makers, wardrobe companies from both commercial and residential sectors and other adjacent markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Implementation and execution of sales activities and plans
- Meet budget and KPI objectives across revenue, gross margin, product & service mix
- Customer Management
- drive engagement of GO Rewards loyalty program and Online Store ordering
- Reporting - sales & budget performances and market, competitor & trend analysis.
- CRM engagement and management
- Total territory engagement and management including cash fixed costs / sales / new product launches / promotional activity and localised forecast planning

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven sales experience, industry experience not essential but welcomed, and willingness to grow and learn.
- Strong account management skills and the capability to form relationships with stakeholders;
- Ability to work autonomously and proven experience meeting sales targets;
- Availability to travel across ACT and localised regions of NSW.
- Valid drivers license required
- Nice to have: Experience managing a regional/geographical territory
