The role - your duties will include: Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs; Booking and assisting with home appraisals; Assisting with open homes and private inspections; Handling phone & email inquiries; Managing leads pipeline; Assisting with listing properties for sale; Build relationships with existing and prospective vendors and buyers; Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities; Assisting in developing marketing materials; Data entry and other administrative duties as required; and Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and Any other ad hoc general administration duties.
