Our team is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Service Assistant to join our community in the scenic seaside town of Ballina.

* Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards by adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
* Assist residents with daily living tasks and provide support as needed.
* Prepare meals, snacks, and refreshments for residents while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
* Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the care home by performing general cleaning duties and waste management.
We require a strong understanding of work health and safety practices and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in hospitality or care is preferred but not essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being within our vibrant and supportive environment.
