Your new role
As the Recruitment Advisor, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of operational and professional positions across the site. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Developing sourcing strategies to attract high quality candidates
Managing advertising, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination
Supporting onboarding, compliance, and pre‑employment checks
Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
This is a 3‑month temporary position, with the possibility of extension depending on project demands and business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (mining or heavy industry highly regarded)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume, fast moving environment
Excellent attention to detail and confidence using recruitment or HRIS platforms
A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently
