We are working with a leading full-service technology and consulting firm experiencing sustained growth year on year. The management group are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Solution Architect with a software development background, to join the Melbourne team.
Working with a dedicated team, this position will see the successful candidate working closely with clients to build solutions that meet their needs and objectives. Projects cover not only web and mobile applications, but also blockchain and integration.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Architecting clean, scalable solutions with detailed designs, and integration strategies.
Running workshops and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Supporting the development and integration of projects, ensuring the designs are adhered to.
Helping shape the organisation's growing AI and emerging tech capabilities.
Providing leadership to the technical team.
Ensuring solutions meet quality standards and managing potential risks.
About You:
To be considered for the position, the ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with a focus on .NET technologies. Other capabilities include:
Knowledge of React, PHP and Smart Contracts.
Interest in AI and blockchain technology.
Ability to lead by example.
Strong interpersonal and client service skills, with an ability to communicate with clarity and purpose.
Ability to mentor, advise and utilise a growth mentality towards their team and others.
Excellent multi-tasking skills to the level of urgency, and ability to manage stakeholders' expectations.
