The Care Service Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, providing exceptional care coordination services to clients and their families.

Key responsibilities include:
* Scheduling service requests through our rostering system, ensuring efficient deployment of resources.
* Communicating updates to relevant staff members, promoting transparency and timely resolution of issues.
* Verifying completed services are accurately recorded, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Community Services or related field is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in Aged Care, Disability, or Home Care is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge and understanding of person-centred service delivery principles are essential.
* Minimum P1 Driver's License is required for this role.
* Police Clearance within 6 months (or willingness to obtain one) is necessary.
* Working with Vulnerable people check is an absolute requirement.
