Lead Front Office Team to Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team at our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest welcoming experience, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence, and maintaining front office and reception operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience at a supervisor level within a hotel environment, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude, are essential.

* Provide a warm and welcoming presence to guests upon arrival and ensure they feel at home during their stay.
* Meet and greet guests, assist with check-in, and maintain accurate records.
* Maintain professional and honest communication with guests and colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise.
* Guiding and supporting the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.

* Resolving and responding to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintaining accurate guest accounts and assisting with daily reporting.
