The role
As a Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of complex commercial landscaping and civil construction projects. You will provide essential administrative, financial, and project coordination support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Your impact
Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will be vital to the success of each project. By streamlining project documentation, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, and supporting site operations, you will enable our project managers and site teams to focus on delivery while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Your every day
 * Coordinate and maintain project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
 * Assist Project/Construction Managers with budget tracking, cost reporting, and financial administration.
 * Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and subcontractor claims in line with company processes.
 * Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and client-facing documentation.
 * Liaise with site teams to ensure timely flow of information, materials, and resources.
 * Support compliance with WH&S requirements, permits, and quality assurance processes.
 * Provide administrative support for project meetings, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Who are you?
Qualifications:
 * Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (desirable).
 * Construction White Card (mandatory).
Experience:
 * 2+ years' experience in a project administration, contracts administration, or similar role within construction, landscaping, or civil industries.
 * Exposure to project financials, contract management, and site documentation.
Skills & Attributes:
 * Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or financial systems (e.g., Procore, Cheops, or similar) highly regarded.
 * High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and project reporting.
 * A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to supporting project success.
 * Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to workplace health and safety.
