Due to ongoing growth and a recent promotion within the sales team, they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team.
About the role
Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse array of duties including:
Handling customer telephone calls and enquires;
Data entry and system maintenance;
Daily operation of pricing and estimate / jobsite set up;
Maintain customer documents and folders;
Investigating and creating credit requests;
Completing tender compliance forms with accuracy to a high standard; and
Assist with team meetings and event coordination.

Essential
Previous experience in administration and an exposure to sales;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude;
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments;
Passionate with an eye for detail and procedural support; and
Professional with the flexibility to support.
Desirable
Relevant system experience (Bitberry) would be advantageous;
Construction industry knowledge; and
Contracts administration experience.
