The Role
You'll sit within the Inside Sales team for the Australia/New Zealand region, reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader. Your mission is simple:
drive growth, expand relationships, and create outstanding customer experiences
through remote sales activities. You'll be the commercial engine supporting key market segments, with the freedom to make a real impact.
What You'll Do
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive inside sales activities
Grow revenue in assigned accounts through calls, emails, and targeted marketing communication
Support the broader sales team by covering geographic regions or segments not actively serviced by field reps
Increase daily customer touchpoints to expand relationships and open new opportunities
Deliver virtual presentations and product demos using
Microsoft Teams
,
Zoom
, and other digital platforms
Provide quotes, product information, and tailored solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
Visit customers when opportunities warrant deeper relationship building
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care to convert leads and enhance customer outcomes
Use CRM insights to identify patterns, target accounts, and drive repeat purchases
Manage a healthy opportunity pipeline and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
Support the development of the
eShop platform
