THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable labourers and Operators to join our team on a casual basis for a project located in Truganina starting January 2026.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
* Labourer with Forklift Licence (x2)
* Labourer with Forklift + EWP Under 11m (x2)
* Labourer with EWP Under 11m + Telehandler
* Telehandler Operator with CN/C2 Licence
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our installation team working on advanced racking systems. This role is for an Early January start and will run through until mid to late October with opportunities in the area across the next 2 years. You'll be working Monday to Friday with an attractive hourly rate and the potential for ongoing opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
* White Card (mandatory)
* Valid licences depending on the position:
o EWP Operator (under 11m)
o Forklift Licence
o Telehandler
o CN/C2 Licence
* Previous site or construction experience preferred
* Racking installation experience advantageous but not essential
* Ability to operate equipment safely and follow all site procedures
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Safely operating relevant equipment (Forklift, EWP under 11m, Telehandler, CN/C2 machinery depending on assigned role)
* Assisting with installation of racking systems and general site works
* Pre-assembly tasks, including preparing nuts/bolts and framework components
* Handling and moving materials using appropriate machinery or manual methods
* Supporting trades, operators, and supervisors with daily activities
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
* Following directions, safety protocols, and company procedures at all times
