Our organization seeks a skilled Cook to provide culinary expertise at our remote mine site village operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will assist chefs in preparing high-quality meals and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare meals according to defined recipes
* Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation and storage areas
* Carry out work safely and ensure proper equipment maintenance
* Ensure proper grooming and hygiene
* Follow and maintain our Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management systems
Qualifications and Experience:
* A valid Cert III Cook or equivalent trade qualification
* Minimum 2 years previous experience as a cook
* Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
* High attention to detail and developed time management skills
* A valid current driver's license
