Key Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct individual and group violin lessons for students, focusing on technique, music theory, and repertoire development.
* Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and progress.
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that inspires students to reach their full potential.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
* Prepare students for performances, exams, and other musical events.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
Requirements
* Proven experience in teaching violin, with a strong understanding of music theory and violin techniques.
* Experience working with children and a passion for nurturing young musicians.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
* A degree or diploma in music, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
Working Hours
Part-time, with flexible hours. The schedule will be discussed during the interview.
