Salary Range: $34.86 to $35.95 Gross per hour

About the Role
The purpose of the Retail Supervisor is to manage the day to day operation of the school Tuckshop including taking responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the retail business in accordance with the policies and procedures as determined by the School Leadership and school Workplace, Health & Safety practices.
The employee appointed to this position shall be fully competent and experienced in managing a small team to undertake food preparation in accordance with food safety standards. They should have the proven ability to create a menu that is healthy and tasty for our students and staff, while monitoring food costs to ensure control of the cost of production with minimal wastage.

* Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
* The Retail Supervisor must attain a qualification in Minimum Competency Standards for Food Safety Supervisors
