About the Role
As a Reticulation Fitter, you will carry out installation, servicing, repairs, and upgrades of irrigation systems, servicing commercial projects throughout the Perth Metro Area from Two Rocks to Mandurah. You will work both independently and as part of a maintenance crew to ensure all irrigation systems operate efficiently, safely, and in line with contract requirements. You will need a proven track record in delivering high‐quality irrigation systems works through industry best practice, excellent knowledge, and standards of OH&S. You will have a 'can do' attitude with a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team.
This role is a full‐time permanent position that is available for immediate start.
Experience and Skills
* Diagnose and repair faults in commercial irrigation systems
* Install new reticulation components, pipework, sprinklers, and solenoids
* Program, troubleshoot, and optimise irrigation controllers
* Complete routine inspections, reactive works, and planned maintenance
* Interpret site plans, as‐constructed drawings, and specifications
* Maintain accurate records, job sheets, and compliance documentation
* Ensure all works meet safety, environmental, and contract standards
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders
What we're looking for
* White Card and manual driver's licence (mandatory)
* Proven experience as a reticulation fitter/irrigation technician
* Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills (electrical & hydraulic)
* Experience with commercial systems (Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro etc.)
* Ability to work across large outdoor sites and act autonomously
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and professional presentation
