Nurse Consultant
to provide expert guidance and leadership across Country Health Connect. In this influential role, you'll ensure safe, evidence-based practices are implemented to protect staff, clients, and the community while mentoring and supporting healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert consultative services to staff across multiple disciplines.
Lead, coordinate, and implement infection prevention and control programs.
Assess risks, set priorities, and introduce strategies to minimise infection.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and training programs.
Guide and support less experienced nurses, midwives, and health professionals.
What We Are Looking For
Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding (or eligible to hold) a current practising certificate.
Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post-registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Infection Prevention and Control across Community, Allied Health, and Home Support settings.
Experience working with Aboriginal consumers, with proven cultural awareness and responsiveness.
Ability to deliver training, education, and competency-based assessments for individuals and groups.

Applicant Information
This is a part time vacancy, working 15.2 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
