About This Role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume lead responsibilities on our fixed voice network. Key qualifications include tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting expertise, as well as SME skills in areas such as network performance analysis using specialized tools like Ribbon C20/CS2K, SBC, PSX; DMS & Network Performance (analysis tool). Additionally, experience with Ribbon Fraud Detect is highly valued.
The successful applicant will take ownership of optimizing fixed voice performance and ensuring seamless software upgrades while minimizing downtime/outages in production elements through adherence to best practices.
