Following exceptional growth recently, we are now looking for Reservations Agents to join our inbound call centre in Bundall on the Gold Coast. 
What you'll do: 
Take inbound calls and respond with a quality client focus 
Process customer enquiries, create quotes and bookings for Australian and International car rental 
Provide exceptional customer service 
Permanent full time, rostered day - early evening shifts Mon-Fri, plus occasional rostered weekend work 
What's required: 
Excellent customer service and communication skills 
Experience in an inbound call centre is beneficial but not essential 
Travel & Tourism experience helpful but not crucial, full training is provided 
Positive and energetic outlook and a bright, friendly personality is vital!
