The Opportunity – Accounts Receivable Officer
* End-to-end management of receivables
* Generating and issuing invoices
* Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments
* Performing daily reconciliations and preparing reports
* Providing outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders
The Opportunity – Accounts Payable Officer
* End-to-end management of payables
* Daily processing and coding of supplier invoices
* Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
* Preparing weekly payments (EFT & BPAY) and issuing remittances
* Supporting month-end close and audit requirements
About You
* 2+ years of Accounts Payable and Receivable experience working for a residential builder
* Proficient in Xero or MYOB and Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
