Key Responsibilities:

* uild strong relationships with local business leaders to support performance improvement and enable growth, using data insights and workforce planning.
* Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management in alignment with our values and policies.
* Develop and maintain local industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations aligned with our overall industrial strategy.
* Lead the local rollout of People & Culture initiatives and support organisational change.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field, with substantial experience in HR business partnering, employee and industrial relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
* Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the business.
* Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
* Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
